A Rosé To Revere

One of the things that we spend the least amount of time considering is our travel insurance when it could be the most important thing we do to protect ourselves whilst on holiday. In many ways, my 30s began with many not yets. I once was a naive 21-year-old who truly believed that I just had to make it through my 20s to get to all the answers. I have since learned that the questions just change the whole time. It’s easy to get caught up in the idea of life being a lot of finish lines, but what happens when you realize that you’ve signed up for one of those ultra-marathons, which consists of six back-to-back marathons over the course of a week in the hottest desert in the world? (Ok, I just watched a documentary called Desert Runners,” and, strangely, those 250K race experiences in 119 degree weather reminded me very much of my career-changing experience.) I feel like I’m in my own academic ultra-marathon, putting all my faith in a finish line that I know is there and yet I can never quite see. But being halfway means that I can get there. It reminds me I’m truly on my way.

Common kitchen tools, their uses and correct names. If two people call the same thing by two different names, there is going to be confusion. Introduction to the basics of how a septic tank sewage system operates. How to care for it, and what mainteance is involved.

Inspiring list, but I agree that PH immigration give Filipinos a hard time. Whether travelers intend to work or not, I just find it rude. Makes me feel like its easier to travel in and out other ASEAN (like Thailand or sg). Even oec system for ofws is ridiculous.

Why are manners still needed in this day and age? Aren’t manners outdated and stupid? Well, no, manners are never out of date. The English language can trip you up in so many places; even native speakers fall victim at times. Many of the mistakes can be attributed to carelessness, and misunderstanding of the spoken word.
