I began this blog in 2009 because I was unsure about a lot of things in my life but I knew two things: 1) I needed a change, and 2) I needed to write about it. Writing helped me process my thoughts and capture whatever moment I was in, even if that moment was foggy and hard to see through. As I began writing, I learned that other people were coming in and out of similarly foggy places, and that it was comforting for them to hear about someone else processing their journey. Very informative. I would to share my experiences in traveling around the world. Una ilagay lagi sa isip ng Pinoy lahat ng cities sa boong mundo ay may mga manluluko at mandarabong, kaya laging mag iingat at huwag basta-basta mag titiwala sa tao na hindi mo kilala (kunti lang naman na tao ang ganito, karamihan ay ok naman).

the third wine was Guillaume’s gastronomic wine, Tavel/Les Vignes d’Eugene 2008. we previously have tasted the 2007 and have some of it in our cellar. this wine spends a year aging in cement tanks before being bottled. the wine is not as intensely pink toward the edges of the glass as the previous wines, probably because of the nature of grenache and its age; the color is beautiful. the nose is of red fruits with a background of flowers. the taste is raspberry, strawberry, and a touch of garrigue. the balance of mineral and acid is smooth. the wine coats the mouth with a feeling of fullness and lasts for several swallows. Guilaume explained that he allows this wine to undergo a malolactic fermentation. the wine is designed to age and for food. i am excited to see this again- i am planning the tasting this summer with the full list of wines above from my cellar.

The restaurant has a pretty garden for dining on warm, sunny days and several dining rooms with vaulted ceilings which can accommodate up to 50 diners. Wow! Those are pictures of an India I have never seen. The India I have pictured in my head is hot, populated, and smelly.

Egypt= May Egyptian visa ako. Walang problema sa immigrations, pero sa customs, binulatlat lahat ng gamit ko at sinira pa ang lining ng maleta ko, para daw inspectionin, pero ng matapos ok na. Sa Giza Pyramid dapat may barya kang tig 1 US dollar para kung sakaling mag request ka ng mag pa pictures may ibibigay ka, dahil kahit sabihin na walang bayad, pagkatapos pipilitin ka paring mag bayad. However, besides sa maliliit na insedente, I enjoy Egypt.
